Orders are sent using an appropriate tracked UK delivery service where available. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Any specific delivery estimate shown at checkout or order confirmation will apply to your order.
Orders are packed securely and appropriately for transit.
Where you are a consumer ordering from within the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, except where a lawful exclusion applies. To exercise this right, please contact us within the applicable period. Certain goods may be excluded from the right to cancel where permitted by law — for example, if items have been unsealed or used in a way that affects their suitability for return — and any such exclusion will be made clear to you at the time of ordering, where applicable. Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods are dealt with separately and in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, preferably including photographs of the packaging and item where relevant. This does not affect your statutory rights, and any timeframe for reporting is for our administrative purposes only.
